春秋时期，齐国宰相晏婴乘车外出，他在车上温良谦恭，而他的车夫挥动鞭子策马而行，意气扬扬，甚为自得。车夫的妻子瞧见后回家劝车夫不要那样扬扬自得、仗势自侍。车夫第二天就立即更正自己的态度，晏婴认为他是可塑之才。
