唐朝时期，出身皇族的公子哥李林甫非常擅长玩弄阴谋和权术，他勾结当时的宰相李适之往上爬，得到唐玄宗的信用就让唐玄宗疏远李适之，自己当上了宰相。他爱舞文弄墨，在小舅子姜度生儿子时，给他送去“弄獐之喜”贺词。
