沉默寡言的典故

唐朝时期，长安人梁崇义投奔平定“安史之乱”的名将来瑱，跟随他到襄阳。他在军中沉默寡言，人们认为他沉稳，逐渐升迁到偏将地位。来瑱被诬陷后，群龙无首，大家推举他为首领，不久朝廷正式封他为节度使。
