十步芳草的典故
唐朝初年，唐太宗十分重视选拔人才，他吩咐右仆射封德彝推荐人才，封德彝没有完成使命。唐太宗教诲他：十步之内，必有芳草，关键看你能否发现他们，用人就要用他们的长处。封德彝点头称是，于是给唐太宗推荐了很大人才。
