倒行逆施的典故

春秋时，楚国大臣伍子胥的父亲和哥哥都被楚平王杀害了。伍子胥逃到吴国，发誓要为父兄报仇。后来，伍子胥率领吴军攻破楚国首都郢。那时，楚平王已经死了，伍子胥还不肯罢休，他挖出楚平王的尸体，狠狠地鞭打了三百下，总算解了心中之恨。他的好朋友申包胥看到伍子胥为报私仇而把自己的祖国灭了，还要在死人身上出气，就派人去对他说：“亏你还是楚国人，你太过分了！”伍子胥对来人说：“我已经老了，日子有限，我急于报仇，没有别的办法，只好做这样违背常理的事！”
