祁奚之举的典故

春秋时期，晋国贵族之间权力斗争十分激烈，范宣子赶跑了他的外孙栾盈，并杀了他的同党羊舌虎。大夫祁奚向晋侯请求告老还乡，晋侯问他谁可以接任，他推荐了他的仇敌解狐。晋侯问谁可以担任中军尉，祁奚推荐了自己的儿子祁午。
