归马放牛的典故

商朝末年，商纣王荒淫无度，百姓怨声载道。周武王率领大军把商都包围起来，商纣王登上鹿台放火自杀。周武王建立周朝，定都镐京，让士兵回家从事农业生产，把征用的牛马全部退还，让全国老百姓过上安居乐业的日子。
