男儿何所急，为学要立志。
此志苟坚强，天下无难事。
超然贵於物，万善无不备。
厥初本高明，有过则昏蔽。
但能改其过，辉光照无际。
厥初本笃实，有过则虚伪。
但能改其过，金玉等精粹。
改过贵乎勇，不勇真自弃。
有过如坑穽，改过如平地。
平地可安行，坑穽宜急避。
事亲贵乎孝，呈长贵笠弟。
是为立身本，奉承无失坠。
门户久衰颓，盍作兴起计。
是心通神明，勿使形骸累。
持之久而纯，百福如川至。

（1144—1224）庆元府鄞县人，字和叔，号絜斋。师事陆九渊。孝宗淳熙八年进士。调江阴尉。浙西大饥，前往赈恤有方。宁宗即位，为太学正。庆元党禁起，以论去。召为都官郎官，迁司封郎官、国子祭酒。后为礼部侍郎。与丞相史弥远争议和事，被劾罢。起知温州，进直学士。卒谥正献。有《絜斋集》、《絜斋家塾书钞》等。
