释云岫（一二四二～一三二四），字云外，号方岩，俗姓李。庆元府昌国（今浙江舟山）人。师事直翁，遍叩丛林名宿。初住慈溪之石门。历象山智门、明州天宁。继以三宗四维推挽继竺西坦席，升住天童。元泰定元年卒，年八十三（《语录》附录东明慧日《哭云外老人》注）。为青原下十八世，直翁举禅师法嗣。有《云外云岫禅师语录》一卷，收入《续藏经》。
