罗与之，字与甫，螺川（今江西吉安县）人。曾应进士举不第（本集卷一《下第西归》），遂弃去，浪迹江湖间。其诗为刘克庄称赏。有《雪坡小稿》二卷。 罗与之诗，以汲古阁影宋抄《南宋六十家小集·雪坡小稿》为底本。校以影印文渊阁《四库全书·江湖小集》本（简称江湖集）、顾氏读书斋刊《南宋群贤小集》本（简称群贤集），并酌校《四库全书·两宋名贤小集》本（简称名贤集）。
