（约公元一o三六年前后在世）字元规，潭州长沙人。生卒年均不详，约宋仁宗景佑中前后在世。少颖悟，笃志于学。每读书，意有所得，即仰屋瞪视，人呼之勿闻。以父任为襄阳主簿，居数月，弃去。好为古文，又嗜杜甫诗。著春秋杂说，多所发明。尝患时学靡敝，作拟皇太子册文，除侍御史。又制裴晋公传，人多称之。遵度著有文集十二卷，《宋史本传》传于世。
