（1869—1913）安徽庐江人，字彦复，号君遂。吴长庆子。荫生。官刑部主事，与刚毅争一案，愤而自脱公服出署。弃官后居上海，曾电请西太后归政光绪帝。后以唐才常事牵连，避往日本年余而归。工诗文，与陈衍等相酬和。有《未焚草》、《北山楼诗文集》。
