王易简（生卒年不详）字理得，号可竹，山阴（今浙江绍兴）人。宋末登进士第，除瑞安主簿，不赴。入元，隐居不仕。易简笃于议论，多所著述，有《山中观史吟》。《乐府补题》有其咏物词四首，《绝妙好词》卷六载其词三首。
