（1796—1866）清江苏通州人，字树人。嘉庆二十五年进士。道光间历山东曲阜、泰安等县知县，累擢福建台湾道。同治间官至福建巡抚。曾协同左宗棠击败汀、漳李世贤部太平军。卒谥清惠。有《斯未信斋文稿》及自订年谱。
