潘耒（1646～1708）清初学者。字次耕，一字稼堂、南村，晚号止止居士，藏书室名遂初堂、大雅堂，吴江（今属江苏苏州）人，潘柽章弟。师事徐枋、顾炎武，博通经史、历算、音学。清康熙十八年，举博学鸿词，授翰林院检讨，参与纂修《明史》，主纂《食货志》，终以浮躁降职。其文颇多论学之作，也能诗。所著有《类音》、《遂初堂诗集》、《文集》、《别集》等。
