汴河之上河如弓，汴河之下河如龙。弓行千里正一曲，龙性变化无常踪。
神禹凿九河，放著渤海中。千五百年尚一决，大伾不北而趋东。
遂令梁泗间，至今朝陆暮壑无终穷。杀湍捧土谅非策，排沙漉海难施功。
《河渠》之书一寸纸，蜩螗万喙听者聋。提纲挈目示要领，客邸幸见中丞公。
中丞勋绩高当代，保障之功汴河最。汴城万里初为鱼，河北金堤又横溃。
公也捧节来治河，赤手与塞滔天波。指挥人徒三十万，北河柳尽南河柯。
大帚如山小如堞，一浪不敌冲风过。晨餐掬泥土，夕眠枕盘涡。
以身为石发为草，乃感帝力鞭鼋鼍。荆隆口闭神马塞，汴河南北重蚕麻。
岂知功高定遭忌，讴吟翻促弹章至。旋闻东郡罢王尊，那得通侯赏延世。
自尔长揖还东山，角巾啸傲江湖间。弈秋敛手向棋局，坐看黑白纷斑斓。
昨闻清口决，又报漕河干。高堰塞复漏，归仁筑未完。
胸中热血不可呕，相逢当路只缄口。丁宁翻向芒鞋客，画笏川原尽纡直。
淮泗之间皆土山，眼前此意无人识。养痈裹创愁内蚀，不病河南病河北。
负薪沉璧徒区区，疏不成疏塞非塞。吁嗟天意难可知，劝君且尽金屈卮。
淮黄清浊乱已久，南土岂合偏疮痍。复禹旧迹理亦得，灾黎百万将安之？
吁嗟天意难可知！且为公歌汴河诗，洗眼坐待河清时。

潘耒（1646～1708）清初学者。字次耕，一字稼堂、南村，晚号止止居士，藏书室名遂初堂、大雅堂，吴江（今属江苏苏州）人，潘柽章弟。师事徐枋、顾炎武，博通经史、历算、音学。清康熙十八年，举博学鸿词，授翰林院检讨，参与纂修《明史》，主纂《食货志》，终以浮躁降职。其文颇多论学之作，也能诗。所著有《类音》、《遂初堂诗集》、《文集》、《别集》等。
