方守敦（1865—1939），字常季，号槃君，安徽桐城人。出身世家，壮年随先辈吴挚甫致力维新，创办桐城中学。中年以后，专力书法与诗学，热心乡邦文献，奖掖后进。晚年痛愤日寇侵略，支持子弟参加抗战。诗集《凌寒吟稿》由其孙方管（舒芜）编定，黄山书社出版。
