陈方恪（1891—1966）字彦通，斋号屯云阁、浩翠楼、鸾陂草堂。江西义宁（今修水）人，陈三立第四子，陈寅恪弟，在家族中排行第七，故人又称其为“陈家老七”、“彦老七”。光绪十七年(1891)11月15日出生于祖父陈宝箴武昌湖北布政使衙署内。受家学影响，从小习诗词文章，传承散原老人文脉。师从陈锐、周大烈、王伯沆等名士，又得梁鼎芬、沈曾植、樊增祥、朱古微、郑文焯、陈衍、郑孝胥等诗词名家点拨，诗名在其兄陈衡恪、陈隆恪、陈寅恪之上。陈方恪大半生风流倜傥，名士气派十足，他被著名作家章品镇称为“金陵最后一个贵族”。
