1881-1960.8，字贞晦，号冠三、潜庐、梅隐、梅屋先生等。永嘉（今浙江温州）人。早年就读京师学堂，曾执教于温州府学堂（温州中学）。民国初年，被选为第一届国会众议院候补议员。1923年拒曹锟贿选，毅然偕同沈钧儒、陈叔通等南下。在上海结交刘放园、李佩秋、陈石遗、徐悲鸿、张红薇、郑曼青诸诗画名家。善诗文书画金石，绘画尤长梅花。有西泠印社影印发行《贞晦印存》、《贞晦题画绝句》传世。另著有《题画梅百绝》、《古遗爱传抄》、《贞晦诗集》等。
