吴文治，1933年7月出生，湖南省沅陵县人，大专文化，曾服务于政府企业部门，任科长、主任、国企书记、厂长等职，技术职称经济师，现任中华诗词学会会员、沙溪诗词学会副会长、古龙泉持社社长。平生最大爱好是诗，尤其偏爱唐诗宋词。
