王理孚，字志澄（1876～1950），又名虬髯、髯翁，龙港镇陈营里（今江山办事处周家车，九板桥一带）人，在此生活了20年，21岁迁鳌江居住。王理孚晚年自编《海髯诗》，请人抄写后自加校对。抄本和一些删馀诗由其家族保存下来，至二十世纪末由其子王载纮复印成册。1950年病殁于永嘉县城（今温州市鹿城区），终年75岁。
