严雁峰（1855—1918），名遨，字雁峰，别号贲园居士。陕西渭南县人。早年就读于成都尊经书院，卒业后定居成都，成为著名的藏书家和刻书家。一生聚书十一万卷，并筑贲园书库以藏之。曾校刻《关中金石记》、《毛西河四种》、《明四子诗集》、《戴东原文集》、《医学初阶》等多种。遗著有《贲园诗钞》。
