辛际周(1885一1957) 字祥云，号心禅，灰木散人，万载县人，辛弃疾后裔。18岁中举，入京师大学堂。后任江西第五师范学监，《民报》主笔。以父忧回故里，茹素礼佛，未几执教赣省中学。抗战时执教厦门大学，不久，被聘为《江西通志》总纂，赴赣前往泰和县橘园江西省志馆著有《江西八十三县沿革考》等。平生博览群书，性情兀傲不羁。著《灰木诗存》。诗风沉雄激壮，句法拗峭，运典精工。新中国成立后，移居上海。
