（971—1047）宋濮州鄄城人，祖籍赵郡，字复古。真宗景德二年进士第一。历将作监丞、翰林学士。熟知陕西驻军及粮储，为真宗赏识。天禧间，历给事中、参知政事、集贤殿大学士。与丁谓不和，出知郓州。仁宗初反对立刘氏为皇后，贬衡州团练副使。后复相。复与吕夷简交恶，贬官。卒谥文定。
