王渥（？-1232）金代文学家。字仲泽，太原（今属山西）人。兴定二年（1218）进士。调管州司侯，不赴。连辟寿州、商州、武胜三帅府经历官，在军中凡十年。正大七年（1230），正大七年出使宋朝，应对敏捷，有中州豪士之称。还入为尚书省掾，充枢密院经历官，权右司郎中。
