砚本发墨具，不尔安用他。碧紫晕鸲眼，黝黑深宫鸦。
彼端类高人，风姿固云佳。远韵不少吝，清谈浩无涯。
但于当机时，未免思棼拿。若或砥砺用，茫然手空叉。
硬则墨为褪，软则磨泥沙。惟歙士之杰，体性何交加。
罗纹与刷丝，一寸皆可嘉。回视端溪公，有名实则差。
新安山水窟，泽大生龙蛇。举世被其利，何有蛭与蛙。
山高溪水清，其芒例如碬。尝闻右军砚，风字琢手奢。
是名为水箕，朵颐骇唅呀。松煤烬无馀，惟恐中书丫。
池宽水瀰漫，挹彼如尊洼。陂陀浸半海，挥洒生云霞。
平生未尝有，梦寐江之涯。君今去为邦，过此空成嗟。
包公尹端州，归不一砚拿。彘肝类安邑，一笑春生华。
书生乞索态，殆是心贪邪。祢衡溺所爱，竟糁渔阳挝。
今冬与来春，会有泛斗槎。雄雯或雌缦，分送张华家。

王恽，字仲谋，号秋涧，卫州路汲县（今河南卫辉市）人。元朝著名学者、诗人、政治家，一生仕宦，刚直不阿，清贫守职，好学善文。成为元世祖忽必烈、裕宗皇太子真金和成宗皇帝铁木真三代的谏臣。
