王举之(约1290年--约1350年)，元末杭州人人，元曲作家。著有元曲、诗作，现有少量流传于世。今存散曲中，有赠胡存善[折桂令]一首。而胡存善是胡正臣之子(见《录鬼簿》)。所以，王举之可能生于元朝末期，而且是活动于杭州一带的作家。明朝朱权《太和正音谱》将其列于“词林英杰”一百五十人之中。约元文宗至顺年间在世。
