黎崇敕，字铭之，后改名崇勋，字纶阁。番禺人。明神宗万历十九年（一五九一）举人。有经济才，会征钦州瑶，中丞戴耀署崇敕赞画军务，甚器重之。然性亢爽，不乐下人，为忌者所中，几不免。归筑文水居读书以终。有《文水居集》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷四一、清道光《广东通志》卷七五有传。
