（1629—1682）江南昆山人，字子吉，号讱庵。叶方恒弟。顺治十六年进士，授编修。江南奏销案起，以欠赋一钱，罢官。后得复官。康熙间，历侍讲、侍讲学士、侍读学士、礼部侍郎，受命阅博学鸿儒试卷。官至刑部侍郎。卒谥文敏。有《读书斋偶存稿》、《叶文敏公集》、《独赏集》。
