（496—?）北齐河间鄚人，字子才，小字吉。邢臧弟。十岁能属文，有才思。文章典丽，既赡且速。仕北魏，释褐宣武帝挽郎。孝庄帝永安初，累迁中书侍郎。尔朱荣入洛，邵与杨愔避于嵩山。节闵帝普泰中，除给事黄门侍郎。为高澄所征，与温子升共为侍读。其后除骠骑、西兖州刺史，有善政。还都，历中书令、太常卿兼中书监，摄国子祭酒。授特进。有文名。富藏书，为北齐私家之冠。尝与杜弼共论名理，认为“神之在人，犹光之在烛，烛尽则光穷，人死则神灭”。有《邢特进集》明人辑本。
