（469—524）南朝梁汝南安成人，字升逸。周颙子。博学精义理。起家齐太学博士。入梁，召拜尚书祠部郎，礼仪损益，皆自舍出。累迁尚书吏部郎、太子右卫率、右卫将军。国史诏诰，军旅谋谟，皆兼掌之。预机密二十余年。性俭素，如布衣之贫者。官至右骁骑将军。
