刘义恭（413年－465年），南朝宋宗室、宰相，宋武帝刘裕第五子，宋少帝刘义符、宋文帝刘义隆之弟，母袁美人。刘义恭初封江夏王，在文帝朝历镇南豫州、南徐州、荆州、南兖州等地，后入朝为太尉。元嘉三十年（453年）二月，太子刘劭弑杀宋文帝，刘义恭随后逃出建康并参与平定刘劭之乱，拥立孝武帝刘骏，被拜为太傅、大司马、录尚书事，在孝武帝朝官至太宰、尚书令，后以太宰、中书监、录尚书事之职担任顾命大臣，辅佐前废帝刘子业。永光元年（465年）八月，刘义恭因前废帝狂悖无道，与柳元景、颜师伯密谋废立，结果事泄被杀，终年五十三岁，诸子亦同时遇害。是年末，明帝刘彧即位。刘义恭被追复官爵，获赠侍中、丞相，谥号文献，后又配享太庙。
