（?—301）西晋陈国阳夏人，字敬祖。何曾子。少与司马炎善。炎为晋王太子，以劭为中庶子。炎称帝，转散骑常侍，以受货为有司所奏，免受追究。迁侍中尚书。惠帝立，为太子太师。赵王伦篡位，以为太宰。博学，善属文，甚骄奢，一日之供以钱二万为限。卒谥康。
