[唐]（公元？年至七一四年后不久）字奂然，甘州张掖人。生年不详，约卒于唐玄宗开元二年后不久。少豪迈，风骨秀爽。及进士第，调南部尉。历左台监察御史。中宗时，累迁中书侍郎，同中书门下平章事。睿宗立，出为宋州刺史。后入为吏部侍郎，迁刑部尚书，封耿国公。寻贬江州别驾，卒。彦昭所作诗，《全唐诗录》存一卷，传于世。
