臣本山东农，臣诚田舍翁。臣以隋末乱，出仕蒲山公。
蒲山愎谏自用，故臣言不用，臣计不从。百万粮，一日尽，百万众，一夕空，力屈事去归山东。
臣义不忍弃故土，事仇充，相随西来朝真龙。先帝不臣识，大臣不臣通。
故臣上书自请安山东。山东归皇图，授臣洗马之职在东宫。

今听谏不逮昔，故天耳聋。往以未治为忧，故人心悦。
今以既治为安，故威德隆。往日用臣言，赐臣以黄金瓮。
天厩骢，辍殿材构臣屋与墉。今日以人言仆臣墓碑，停臣子婚，为惠胡不终。
喜臣则谓臣妩媚，恶臣则詈臣田舍翁。陛下不宜以喜怒毁誉损厥躬。
臣荐侯与杜，谓其才略雄，臣岂阿党预知其终凶。
臣录谏疏草，前后三百封。欲使后世知陛下，能听谏，致时雍。
岂欲卖直归过为己功，避嫌焚草徒足恭。臣幸而身先朝露，使臣不幸，恐不免随比干，侣龙逢。
独不记臣言良与忠，胡为乎会须杀此田舍翁。田舍翁，岂畏死，但惜陛下既杀张亮，又诛刘洎，剪刈大臣如刈蓬。
臣不愿陛下祠少牢，立仆石，但愿陛下养气质，除内讧，毋以喜怒存诸胸。
大臣无灾帝德穹，社稷无虞王业鸿。千秋万岁为唐宗，老臣不讳田舍翁。
于乎，老臣不讳田舍翁。

（?—1142）阆州人。为岳家军前军统制、同提举一行事务。高宗绍兴四年，参加收复襄汉六郡战役，攻取郢州后，与徐庆、牛皋等进克随州，又和王贵等大败金将刘合孛堇及伪齐将李成数万联军，复邓州。十年，从岳飞北伐，领兵夺据颍昌府、淮宁府。郾城大战后，引军攻拔临颍，并与徐庆等在临颍附近再破金兵。以战功官居观察使。十一年，岳飞罢兵权，改任鄂州大军副都统制。秦桧、张俊使军人王俊诬告其策划为岳飞收回军权，与岳云同时被捕。在狱中被拷掠至体无完肤，终不伏罪，遂与岳氏父子并遭杀害。
