卢炳，约宋高宗绍兴初前后在世（即约公元一一三一年前后在世）字叔阳，（一作叔易）号丑斋，里居及生卒年均不祥。尝仕州县，多与同官唱和。其他事迹不可考。著有哄堂词（亦作烘堂词）一卷，《文献通考》为辞通俗，咏物细腻。
