徐祯卿（1479－1511）字昌谷，一字昌国，汉族，吴县（今江苏苏州）人，祖籍常熟梅李镇，后迁居吴县。明代文学家，被人称为“吴中诗冠”，是吴中四才子（亦称江南四大才子）之一。因“文章江左家家玉，烟月扬州树树花”之绝句而为人称誉。
