王鸿儒（1459-1519），字懋学，别号凝斋，明·南阳府（今河南省南阳县）人。少小聪慧，敏悟绝人，家贫为府书佐。书法欧、颜，作字端劲有古法。成化二十三年（1487年）中进士，授南京户部主事，出为山西提学佥事，进副使，官至户部尚书。明朝前、中期著名诗人、政治家、文学家、书法家。
