姚康，字汝谐，又名康复，下邽人，诗人。登元和十五年进士第，试右武卫曹参军、剑南观察推官。大中时，终太子詹事。诗四首。唐元和十五年(820)， 姚康于科举中进士及第， 历任试右武卫曹参军， 剑南观察推官。大中年间， 任太子詹事一职。姚康着有《统史》 ， 传于世。姚康还喜游作诗， 仅留诗四首。
