麻姑之山高接天，世言中有麻姑仙。
朱颜玉扑镇长在，不知阅世经几年。
问此仙今在何许，当初果是谁家女。
似因一念天人寰，已作人间夫妇缘。
初说道人亦仙客，帝遣人间司翰墨。
后来生得宁馨儿，意其得此仙为妻。
祗今源源产仙裔，芝兰玉树生庭砌。
翩翩已作鸾凤飞，看看又是麒麟瑞。
麻姑本是神仙妻，祗今又产神仙儿。
阿儿举酒为母寿，问母出世当何时。
母言不记年与代，但知景物依然在。
于时天宇重清霜，更经浃日生新阳。
祥烟蔼蔼瑞气拥，后张宝盖前旌{旌生换童}。
乐声隐隐钧天长，满空鸾鹤交飞翔。
月娥神女更导送，琼琚玉佩声丁当。
明星一点光满室，此是仙妃诞生日。
霜标雪操冰玉姿，生与梅花共时节。
定知不比百卉凡，结子如羹味应别。
君不见君家鼻祖唐兴初，日与房杜为朋徒。
阿母见之惊且呼，亟将馔肴供欢娱。
后来夹辅龙姿主，果作凌烟名宰辅。
至今孙子又复然，史君开府知其贤。
一朝罗致来幕下，鲜鲜绿水同红莲。
我闻吉星聚会民之福，它年事业于今卜。
萱堂戏彩雅意足，日月临长醉醽醁。
更将何物比遐龄，麻姑山色年年青。

卓田，[公元一二o三 年前后在世]字稼翁，号西山，建阳人。开禧元年（1205）进士。生卒年均不详，约宋宁宗嘉泰中前后在世。生平事迹不详。能小词，能赋驰声。尝作词云：“丈夫只手把吴钩。欲断万人头。因何铁石，打成心性，却为花柔。君看项籍并刘季，一怒使人愁。只因撞着虞姬、戚氏，豪杰都休。”存于《花庵词选》的凡三首。
