（ 1011—1084）蔡州上蔡人，初名焕斗，字择之。少学古文于穆修，又从孙明复受经学。仁宗宝元元年进士。出知袁州，首建学官，置生徒，学校始盛。英宗朝同修起居注、知制诰，加龙图阁直学士、权知开封府。神宗即位，入知通进、银台司。王安石执政，讽求其罪，谪忠正军节度副使。元丰中主管西京御史台，移知信阳军。工诗文。有《龙学文集》。
