龙车遥遥断消息，数百年来化为石。六朝人物丘墓坏，白骨尽为泥土蚀。
吾昔已炼九华丹，欣寻二洞穷幽寂。稚川方求句漏令，长史亦赖旌阳力。
手种青精期可择，未能脱去空羁靮。

沈辽(1032—1085)，字睿达，宋钱塘(今余杭)人。沈遘的弟弟，《梦溪笔谈》作者沈括的同族兄弟。自幼嗜读《左传》、《汉书》，曾巩、苏轼、黄庭坚常与之唱和，王安石、曾布皆习其笔法。本无意于功名，王安石曾有“风流谢安石，潇洒陶渊明”之称。后由三司使吴充举荐，负责监内藏库。
