苦寒冽冽日夜增，朔风轩轩势相凌。遥山顽碧空崚嶒，高堂闲坐拥敝缯。

雪霰杂下风作棱，渐著弱柳头鬅鬙。半积轩砌发幽层，枯树兀兀愁饥鹰。
纷然不已失沟塍，一饮一斗心易矜。试步薄冰犹战兢，圆圭方璧降复登。
忆昔前年正严凝，摄事大蜡清晨兴。平生看雪实未曾，健仆骏马半醉乘。

归来心目如水澄，喜看道旁刳作灯。

沈辽(1032—1085)，字睿达，宋钱塘(今余杭)人。沈遘的弟弟，《梦溪笔谈》作者沈括的同族兄弟。自幼嗜读《左传》、《汉书》，曾巩、苏轼、黄庭坚常与之唱和，王安石、曾布皆习其笔法。本无意于功名，王安石曾有“风流谢安石，潇洒陶渊明”之称。后由三司使吴充举荐，负责监内藏库。
