我昔求为阳羡令，轻舟已有鸱夷兴。最爱铜棺山峻极，自结篮舆陟云径。
铜棺山插南斗魁，下视群峰如突犀。太湖千里在眉睫，高深从此穷攀隮。
欣然有意即独往，明月夜夜眠荆溪。当时便可跨黄鹄，何意人间同木鸡。
飘飘数年如一梦，尔来卜室齐山西。故人多谢姚夫子，数枉车马来山蹊。
秋风忽指阳羡去，欲脱黄绶躬锄犁。人生衣食苟自足，何为卑辱趣尘泥。
田间九月白酒熟，鲈鱼正肥多置篦。老夫为君更破戒，临风引领长江堤。

沈辽(1032—1085)，字睿达，宋钱塘(今余杭)人。沈遘的弟弟，《梦溪笔谈》作者沈括的同族兄弟。自幼嗜读《左传》、《汉书》，曾巩、苏轼、黄庭坚常与之唱和，王安石、曾布皆习其笔法。本无意于功名，王安石曾有“风流谢安石，潇洒陶渊明”之称。后由三司使吴充举荐，负责监内藏库。
