朝漕百舟金，暮漕百舟粟。
一岁漕几舟，京师犹不足。
此河百馀年，此舟日往复。
自从有河来，宜积万千屋。
如何尚虚乏，仅若填空谷。
岁或数未登，飞传日逼促。
嗷嗷众兵食，已忧不相属。
东南虽奠安，亦宜少储蓄。
奈何尽取之，曾不留斗斛。
秦汉都关中，厥田号衍沃。
二渠如肥膏，凶年亦生谷。
公私富囷仓，何必收珠玉。
因以转实边，边兵皆饱腹。
不闻漕汴渠，尾尾舟衔轴。
关中地故存，存渠失淘斸。

少缓东南民，俾之具饘粥。

郑獬（1022——1072）字毅夫，号云谷，虔化人，江西宁都梅江镇西门人，因他的祖父前往湖北安陆经商，便寄居于此。商籍人安陆，详载宁都州志，少负售才词章豪伟，宋皇祐壬辰科举人，癸巳状元及第，初试国子监谢启曰，李广才气自谓无双。
