（1162—1233）会稽人。宁宗后。少以姿容入官，失其姓氏，后有杨次山者，自称其兄，遂姓杨。累进贵妃，与曹美人俱有宠。韩皇后死，韩侂胄劝立曹美人，宁宗不听。嘉泰二年立杨为皇后。因深恨侂胄，后指使次山与史弥远谋杀之。宁宗死，弥远谋废皇子赵竑而立成国公赵昀，杨后无奈，矫诏废竑而立昀，是为理宗。尊为皇太后，同听政。次年撤帘。卒谥恭圣仁烈。
