（1298—1362）元宁国府宣城人，字泰甫，号玩斋。贡奎子。国子生。泰定帝泰定四年授从仕郎、太和州判官。累除绍兴路总管府推官，郡有疑狱，悉为详谳而剖决之，治行为诸郡最。惠宗至正十四年，为吏部侍郎。时江淮兵起，京师缺粮。师泰至浙西籴粮百万石给京师。迁兵部侍郎。旋为平江路总管。十五年，张士诚破平江，师泰逃匿海滨。士诚降元，出任两浙都转运盐使。二十二年，召为秘书卿，道卒。工诗文。有《玩斋集》。
