谢与思，字见齐，一字方壶。番禺人。明神宗万历八年（一五八〇）进士。官诸暨知县，寻调大田，为蜚语所中，贬秩。筑小楼于郊坰以隐居。卒年三十二。有《抱膝居存稿》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三八、清同治《番禺县志》卷四一有传。
