王凤娴，生活在明神宗万历（1573～1620）前后，字瑞卿，号文如子，松江府华亭县（今上海金山吕巷颜圩村寒圩）人，建宁知府王善继女。解元王献吉之姐，宜春（今属江西省）令张本嘉妻。著有《翠楼集》、《贯珠集》、《焚馀草》五卷。《焚馀草》辑入《女中七才子兰咳二集》中。
