（1488—1523）明陕西朝邑人，字汝度，号五泉。韩邦奇弟。正德三年与兄同登进士。授工部主事。上疏指斥时政，触怒武宗，下狱，夺职为民。嘉靖初起为山西左参议，分守大同。岁饥，力请发帑赈饥，不报。遂乞归。抵家病卒。有《朝邑志》、《五泉诗集》。
